Getting the Runaround/Disgusted

Approx. 2 years ago i purchased a USB /Speed Stick frm Cell C- @ R600. We hav used this stick about 10x in total, only gets used for projects. (minimal) About 2 weeks ago i purchased some more data, used the stick for about 10 min (internet use) be4 it just switched off & refused 2 connect again. numerous attempts later; i took it 2 Cell C Bayside Centre, where the consultant proceded 2 upgrade the software. i went home 2 reload the connector but all of a sudden the computer couldnt even pick up the usb. i tried it on numerous computers. I then went to Cell C Canal Walk, where the consultant THERE told me that the consultant at Bayside seems to have loaded the INCORRECT software. (Hauwei and it should have been the ZTE option) He then proceeded to tell me the stick was now unusable and i needed to purchase a new stick. i REFUSE! This was an error on CELL Cs' side & they need to fix it! i was then sent to tygervalley repairs and they have the same story! why must i pay for a mess Cell C has made? i want this problem sorted out as my data is now going to expire and i haven' t even used it yet!
