Cell C HSPA network

Cell C's HSPA network goes home with all other employees at night.

My cell C connects to HSPA network, but it goes no where from there. No EMAIL, INTERNET, No Team viewer!
Only at night time, during the day it works fine.

All I get from Support, upgrade software for Stick.

Software upgrade did not solve the problem!
