Two months ago I had voip installed for our business. Nashua installed the wrong system. This has been an ongoing battle which has resulted in us not being able to dial out but worse is that when customers try and reach us the telephone rings on their side but not on ours. I have been losing business due to this and I can only tell any body that is trying to save money on their Telkom bill DONT GO WITH NASHUA. They promised to remove the system last week...
Didn't happen and now I am receiving emails from clients again to say that they cannot reach us...
This has been an expenive excercise for us and I dont seem to be able t get out of it...
