We wondered why we are so quiet at the business... ECN installed a new router at our office that is supposed to direct incoming calls better and make calling to cell phones cheaper... After some time we realised that A LOT of clients trying to phone us cant get through. It rings on their side, but not on ours!!! We are losing business and this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Thousands of rands of business! And their service is ridiculous - we are trying to fix the problem, but slow and inattentive personnel are not helping!!!
