Very few promises kept to Huttenpark

We purchased a new PABX system from Nashua Newcastle with promises of great hassle free service and installation within 8 weeks. We also signed up for their Voip lines. Installation happened only after three months and after I assured them I would be taking out the new system myself if it isn't working by the end of the week. The new PABX system which they assured us would be better then the previous one could now only take 50 user codes so we had to combine people on one code which makes the management of accounts very difficult. After the line was installed it took the technician another week to get it working. Since then we have had a few smaller glitches like yesterday the fax line didn't work. Now suddenly this morning the SAIX lines in our area is of and we are totally cut off. I have left out about a thousand calls to Nashua to summarise this story. I am fed up, I chose Nashua as the new service provider to our school and now feel I have made a huge mistake.
