For 2 months Nashua have failed to set up my renewal/upgrade correctly. I have been told by several people at Nashua that they are awaiting Head Office approval/ feedback! Meantime, Nashua disgracefully debits my bank account double and then treble the amount it should be in the months of April and May. I simply cannot afford their overbilling. Everyone just keeps saying they awaiting the approval/ agreement of someone mysteriously hidden from the consumer in Head Office. The customer simply cannot reach someone who is able to fix the problem.
Customers MUST be very wary of a company who carry on business like this. I know I have no wish to stay with them despite the fact that I have been there for many years.
