Since I have joined nashua Mobile I have had ENDLESS SPAM in the form of emails and calls. I am SO sick and tired of their low class attitude to not do anything about it.
I even had Discovery Health telling me they got it from Nashua direct. Discovery health do not do it themselves they use a sub contracted company to harass you into buying from them. It is sickening.
The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") provides for protection of personal information in section 51, but the Protection of Personal Information Bill (POPI) is not yet law so Nashua just do as they please. SHAME ON YOU thugs! I never gave you permission to do so!
I would like to send YOU ALL the mails I am getting Mr CEO Mark Taylor and also call you personally every time I get a call from your pests!
