Misleading product info & poor service delivery

When we decided to move business premises we were led to believe that opting for Nashua Communications Panasonic PABX and ECN would be a cost effective solution and we got to keep our old land line no. and fax no. However from the outset the technician did not do a proper site inspection which led to many other problems. Lynette failed to get the technician to come out to a special arranged meeting between Telkom, IT technicians and electrician. Info was either not communicated at all or mis-communicated to Telkom, despite Nashua Communications assuring us that they would deal with this on our behalf. The system was set up incorrectly and our clients could not reach us. Now our latest Telkom bill is triple the amount. So much for cost effective solution! Each person keeps pointing the responsibility to another party. When I did send an email to the branch managers and other persons involved at Nashua Communications, not one has had the decency to respond regarding the questions around our costly Telkom bill. All of which has cost our company a great loss of income due to their inefficiencies.
