In January I requested a service to be done on our two plotters. Although the procedure was fairly lengthy, I eventually got a quotation number and telephone number to call. Two services were booked. Payment required up front was paid. The tech came out and completed a service on one machine but stated the other did not need a service.
I replied on the email address [Email Removed] saying one service should be refunded. Since then I've not heard anything. I gave up on the refund and tried just obtaining the invoices. I've emailed about a douzen supplied email address. I tried calling - I get shunted from one confused call centre in who know where to another, to another, through two more, and then back to the first.
How on earth do I get a copy of these invoices?
I'd not suggest anyone have an out of warranty printer serviced - there is just to much red tape to get anyone who knows anythng other than their call centre script.
