I have received a number of SMS's indicating that i have an outstanding amount and that i have been handed over to the violations center. I have called the VPC 3 times in the last 2 weeks to request for a detailed invoice and each time i am advised that i will sent an invoice via email, then that there is a delay and then that it takes a week for the invoice to be sent to me. How is it that they are able to send me a bill and hand me over but are unable to email me an invoice??? i get handed over before even receiving an invoice???
