November 2012 i handed in my Blackberry Playbook with Nashua Mobile to be looked at as it did not switch on anymore. Was given a receipt and told i will be contacted. A month passes and nothing so i go here again to follow up only to find out that it has been sitting in a drawer and never been looked at. Promises were made and i left. But again about a month passes and nothing - so i call in and i was told that it has been sent to PTA to be looked at... Another couple of weeks go by - i hear nothing and i go in there again only to find the unit in the same drawer as before and looking the same as well...(un-touched)! I asked to have it back so that i can have someone else look at it so i call for the manager, whom i believe was named Magda. She was not in and i was asked to leave a message and she will call me back... This since today has not happened. After i have left numerous messages again for her... This has to be hands down the worst service i have ever received and still i not even have my non-working Blackberry Playbook back to try and sort out somewhere els... I need urgent attention and favourable outcome to this situation that has almost been going on for a yea
