I have not received invoices or statements since March 2011 from MTN.
I have called their call centre a number of times about this and they claim that emails were sent to the email address I supplied. I have not received these emails, but decided to give MTN the benefit of the doubt and gave them an alternate email address (Gmail) last week.
I have still not received my statements from MTN.
Please fix this, MTN. It is ridiculous that customers should have to call your service centre a number of times to get the services they pay for. It is doubly ridiculous that I have to spend time and money writing this complaint because your service (which I pay for on time every time) is not delivered.
