I have been on a call with ADT for over 20 minutes,
Besides today, I have called in several times with regards to my account, I have requested my information to be updated,
Today, it has finally been updated, in terms of my email address, i have not received an invoice for months,
I have also been advised i now have arrears on my account, even though i have been paying this account, month after month,
When i have not spoken to busiwe who claims to be the person in charge of the call centre, she can not assist me with a copy of the statement,
i have been on hold now for a further 8 minutes while typing this commpliant holding for the manager to get assistance,
I am going to take this further, I have now finally spoken to a manager Tspho, While i was on the call to him, he muffiled the earpiece and speak to someone in the background, denying it and then advising him i can replay the call he then apologizes,
I am tired of dealing with a company who does not value customers.
another 15 mins with the manager, i am still needing to wait a day for 2 for my invoice whicj i have not received since march 2013.
Despite the numerous calls to update this
