I'm really disappointed at your service (case 1117301 dated 19 June 2013) you said I must pay R600 and out of my good will I paid R1000 to date I have not yet received any data or feedback from u. From June I have been struggling to solve the matter every time I goes to 8ta they open a case (5 were opened latest 02 august) and none have been resolved.
U promised me that you will sort the query and I quote "this time it will be solved if not you can come and kill me" so dear I keep my promises im coming for you RUN! RUN! RUN!
PLEASE I DON'T NEED ANY APOLOGY: kindly refund me my R1868.50 (R868.50 debited to my account on the 26 April 2013 and R1000 that I paid 27 July 2013)
I'm giving you 10 days to refund my money or else you're declaring a WAR between me and Telkom mobile. (Hope Telkom mobile's assets are well insured and the network well secured)
