23 Days, still no feedback

Ref # A104YPJLW1J6. My 3 Gig data got missing in two days. I went to Vodacom (Menlyn) on the 3rd of October to find out what happened? Kabokweni told me I did large Windows updates. I couldn't convince her that the letters KB in a windows update description has nothing to do with the word kilobyte. Then Tebogo opened a service card to request an investigation. He promised me feedback within at the longest 14 days. I went back on the 9th of October (6 days after my 1st visit). Cathy helped me and told me I WILL receive feedback on the investigation of where my data went before the 14 days are up. I went back a 3rd time, the 23rd of Oct (21 days after they logged my complaint). Joshua helped me and later that day called me with a promise that Washima Maartins WILL give me feedback before the end of day or when the investigation is completed. It is now the 26th of October (23 days after they logged my complaint) and I haven't received any feedback. Eish...
