It has been 8 days already, nothing, from Vodacom! I lodged a complaint 8 days ago, to this day I am still waiting for my invoice copy from Cresta Vodacare. Someone called me and promised that they will be getting me that invoice but nothing yet! On Friday last week, she called again and promised that before end of business day, I would have received my copy. How pathetic can service possibly be at Vodacom? I am delighted that I have cancelled my contract with them and in a process of porting my number across to MTN. Now, if I can just get my invoice then I close the Vodacom chapter!
