Vodacom has blocked my lost and recovered handset even after a notification that the phone has been recovered. 4 months ago I lost my phone which i later recovered in the same month and since it was a contract phone I then contacted Vodacom to register it lost however I later on recovered the same phone. Then I contacted Vodacom and submitted all the necessary documents (ID, Affidavit, etc.) to have the handset unblocked. It is now 4 months later and my request has not been granted and to make it worse, I am still paying for this contract phone on a monthly basis even though it is valued useless to me because it cannot connect to any network.
