On Thursday (28 March) I reported my phone, and my phone was blocked. On the same day I got my phone back and was unblocked after I reported it to them. Unknown to me, the phane was then blacklisted. On Saturday I phoned the call centre to report this. They said that un-blacklisting could only be done on Thuesday, due to the Easter weekend holidays.
In my hometown is not a Vodashop, so I had to travel 60km to get the forms to be submitted.
It is Friday today, my phone is STILL not working.
I have phoned the call centre hourly, with no success!!! No one can give me an answer as to when my phone will be working again.
