It took them 5 seconds to block my mobile

BI was given a phone, a Blackberry Bold 9900 as a gift from a friend. I bought airtime and set up the phone and BIS service, the phone worked for a week then My phone was blocked by mtn and i did all the necessary, to request my phone unblocked, i supplied an affidavit, gave them a copy of my id document and two weeks later my phone is still blocked. I lost all my airtime (60zar) and received no communication from mtn thus far!
