I had an account with Nashua Mobile, my contract expired and and then decided to move to prepaid so I applied for a tariff migration in April which was supposed to be effective on the 1st of June 2013. To my surprise they sent me airtime for June, I went to one of the stores to find out if it's possible for the transaction to be reversed but unfortunately they could not. I called head office but they told me that they could not process my application because their employee wrote down the wrong date on the forms (the form had two different dates), and there's nothing they can do about the situation. I had to apply for another migration which will take effect on 1 August 2013. This is So not on because I'm not the one at fault here. VERY POOR customer service but I'm glad I'm changing service provider!!!
