Missing items from repairs

I took in my phone for repairs about two months ago when it did not want to make call because it was showing a mmc error indicating that he phone is blocked. I gave them the phone in its box with all the contents it came with.when I went to collect it some time last week, they gave me the phone and back cover only wrapped in A4 paper with no battery or box with charger, headsets, manuals and phones details (imei no.). they claim that I did not bring it with all the contents and I must speak to the branch manager if I want to claim all the other contents. the branch manager is never there, I've been there 3 times already to try see this manager who is always busy at another branch because the manager there is sick, when his/her own branch has unresolved issues. The PRE no. or the repairs is PRE145571.
