Blackberry 9810 with ongoing problems

The above contract was taken out with MTN Clearwater and after a period of 2 months the paint started peeling & not long after we encounted all sorts of issues with the phone, EG: overheating battery, freezing screen, SOS, sim card error, over lapping applications, loss of memory which were just a few of the issues experienced. We took the phone to MTN Clearwater and was advised that the phone with all its contents should be returned for a new handset. On arrival with requested items we were then told that the phone has to go for repairs as these are common factory faults and that the handset was discontinued, with these faults the headset would be replaced. After 14 days without a phone I received an sms advising that the phone was ready for collection. According to the repair document a new battery was fitted and I was verbally told that a software update was done.2 weeks later I experienced the same issues and was advised that I need to bring back the phone. I am highly frustrated @ the poor service and workmanship recieved. I will yet again be inconvenienced without a phone, How many times would my phone have to go in for repairs until the problems are fixed? Empty promises from MTN
