I pay in the region of R550/month for a Telkom ADSL line and Cybersmart internet connection but it doesn't work. When i phone the help desk which can take as long as 1 hr i just get told it is my problem. When i travel to Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia and at airports and hotels i just log onto internet and it works BUT when i try and use my R550 system at home no joy. I have cancelled this account at the end of August and expected some sharp response but 1 or 2 calls later im still bein scred. A friend of mine in Hout Bay has also given up on Cybersmart noting they are now too big and cant handle the load - looks to be the case.
