I took my phone in to be fixed after it had water damage, this was in September 2012, i was then sent a confirmation email 2 months later regarding the quote made for which i approved it, recently i went to go collect my phone and i was told that it had been taken back to Head office as i never came to collect it, i was never contacted neitehr was i emailed to be told to come and fecth my Blackberry. A blackberry is an expensive phone and to be told that the one that i had entrusted into the hands of my supplier will no longer be returned back to be really affected me. I want people to know that Vodacom is poor in customer service, no-one kept me posted of my fone, and i was not informed that after certain period has passed a fone is no longer returned.
