Upon my arrival in the morning i spoke to Caroline the branch Manager detailing to her the things that needs to be done on my nedbank account, i also mentioned to her that the previous Saturday i did come into the branch waited for over 3 hours only to be told By the Manager Nonhlanhla Sibeko sorry customers we having a problem the IT department cannot fix the problem. So we had to leave the bank.

Im very disgusted with the terrible customer service that i received In December 2013 by a business banker he was a black gentlemen after i waited for 2 hours before i was attended to.

I did mention to him that i want to open a Just invest of which he said fine, i then told the sum of money that i wanted to transfer of which is R10000 and i also mentioned to him that my account will be closed should i transfer that amount. i suggested to transfer the sum of R4900 he said no i will be able to use my account, i immediately told him my card will be blocked, its more than the R5000 i have an mzansi account and cannot transfer so much

He said to me don't worry we can do the transfer of R10000 from the back office He also confirmed this with Caroline the Branch Manager she said its possibl
