I renewed my contract in January already (upgraded from a blackberry contract to iphone). at the time of upgrade i requested a transfer of the contract to my name from my dads.

7 months later and 3 returns to the branch for them to transfer it again and cancel my BIS. i am still paying for BIS and the contract is still not on my name!

as per the last visit to the branch their systems were down and could not assist, they took my details and said they would phone me back (still have not received this call)

Please sort out this issue!
