BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE

I called cell c tuesday the 7 Jan to do on sim swap. Before da agent answered my call she was laughin 4 abt 6 secs. I gave al my details n i was to be called in 24 hours, Mpho calld me in 24 hrs teling me they cant assist as my account is in arrears. i askd her to stay on the line while i pay my account, she said the funds will reflect in 24hrs and she will call me. She never calld (no surprised). I called today and before Thabang answered the call she was laughing for about 2 secs. I asked why didnt Mpho she told me the case has been closed. i told her that Mpho said she will call but didnt n im still waiting for sim swap to be done. Firstly she was rude. Did not acknowledge my frustrations. She took the whole matter personal as though i was attacking her. I then asked her to transfer me to another and she told me they dont have the number to transfer. I asked to speak to her manager Kurt Adams who refused to speak to me. Ever since i hv dealt with cell i hv come across ill mannered, pathetic, unproffessional consultants who have zero respect for their clients. Its like they train them to be rude. I continue to get ludicrous service from Cell c!
