RECOVERY OF THE ACCESS AMOUNT PAID

Last year September I had an accident where someone hit my car and for me to get my access amount back it was a mission. when I called First for Women last month to enquire about the access, Natasha went all out even though she was not the initial person I spoke to who failed to sent my documents to the other insurance on time but at the end Natasha took it upon herself to make follow-up and even feedback on the process. Today she I am happy to say she managed to get all required documents from myself to proof my innocent the other insurance and she even sent me a e-mail requesting my banking details to enable her company to transfer by access once the other insurance pay them. Thank you Natasha Dial for the excellent customer service and for keeping me informed at all times. May you keep up the good work. My aim was to cancel my insurance when I buy my car in the coming months but with her world class customer service I'll be stuck with First for Women. You made me feel valued.
