Bad signal quality and boosters to be installed

At the company that I work for, the Vodacom signal is a huge problem. Due to the fact that it is a farm, there are no Telkom land lines, so the whole business runs on cellphones.

The owners have been complaining to Vodacom about this and eventually someone was sent out to the site. Charles did an excellent job with his findings and was here on a day when the signal was not very good. He suggested that we have signal boosters installed. On the premises there's the main office as well as two co-owners homes. The signal is so bad that they almost have to leave their own homes in order to receive and make calls.

Charles was sent from Pretoria and unfortunately the tower falls under another region, so Steven was sent to our farm. Steven could not see the need that we need a temporary solution to this huge problem. Every time you phone to ask when installation will take place there is always a story. There is no stock!! Waiting on stock to come in...

This is now at a point where the owners will cancel ALL Vodacom accounts and move to another provider.
