We have been Vodacom clients since beginning of cellphones and mobile lines. I never had any problems till we bought the farm outside of Barbertonin 1999. (Farm Weltevrede; District Nelshoogte; Between Barberton & Badplaas) Here we have a big complaint about signal since 1999. We have made various complaints about this and received feedback sms's which states this problem is being attended to. Nothing has changed and there is still no signal. We are paying allot of money monthly and have three contracts with Vodacom. What is the use of having these contracts if the service is not provided. We recently built chalets on the farm and the business is being affected because of the signal problem. The three contract numbers we have with Vodacom are- 082 411 8531 / 082 259 2642 / 082 374 1535. The other people also living is this area have the same problem. Please attend to this ASAP.
