I have tried by sending a mail to Vodacom. No reply from them. So sorry but I read a complain from a gentleman regarding a similiar situation with MTN and they sent out a person to him and sorted out the problem. Maybe Vodacom can do the same. We live just outside Hoedspuit a lodge. Lodge surroundings has got signal, but at lodge nothing. Very frustrating as we sometimes loose clients because we don't have signal for Vodacom. You drive about 400m then you have signal. There is no telkom lines here, so rely on Vodacom. We use premicell for our land lines, credit card machine also. Can this be looked at please!
