Misinformation and Failure to meet agreed dates

I contacted Vodacom Direct and subscribed to a new cellular contract, I was informed that this high priced package included BIS by the call centre agent known as "KG". Upon receiving the device i noticed that it had a defect and the back cover could not close, I contacted the call centre and a few days later the device was replaced with one that was properly functional. However when I called to get the BIS service activated I was informed that this package does not include it and that it can only be added on by paying an extra R59, 00. After many attempts I finally got through to the call centre and cancelled the contract, I was told that the device will be fetched within 7 working days. It has been weeks, I've sent e-mails, tried contacting the call centre and nothing. The following after sales lines are close to completely useless (082 1941; 082 1945).
