Once would think that you port your number from Vodacom to Cell C that one would experience far better data, BIS and network coverage but i guess i had it all wrong!
Its been a month now since i have logged 3 complaints to Cell C on phone, email and Facebook and we still sit with the same problem! BIS and Data services in the Rooihuiskraal area is either not working or intermittent
Here are my 2 references numbers: 1301190000193502 AND 1733670, i have emailed [Email Removed] twice and have had no feedback nor a reference number
Can you please follow up on this and sort out this network issue in this area! We paid our BIS and DATA charges every month regardless but get no service for this! How many times should one complain before something is done! Get your act together CELL C!
If you do not respond or sort this out within the next 2 days I am porting my number to a network that actually wants my money and actually gives me service for my money!
