Waiting 5 days for sim swop

I paid for a sim swop the 24 January at MTN Sasolburg.
It is now 5 days and my new sim is still not activated.
Sasolburg MTN branch is poor in service and after phoning them more that once my sim is still not activated.
The MTN call center is a JOKE!!! I have been waiting on line for more that 10 minutes at a time but never got someone to help me with my sim swop dilemma.
I have also logged a complaint on the MTN website and even there they did not respond!!!
