ADSL Line Installation

So applied for an ADSL line.

This past Friday the technician come to install my line as promised.

He told me that they made a technical fault and placed my order on the wrong distribution box. Apparently there is one closer to my house than the selected one. Question. How long will it take to resolve the technical request? Answer. Two days. Cool well two days is not that bad.

This morning I phoned 10210 and queried the order. Just to be told that my installation can only be done next week and Wednesday. So now two days become now nine days... that is if the technician actually pitch up to do the work.

So why move me the back of the queue if it's not my fault you guys can't do your jobs properly. Please resolve this issue as I have to be back at work next week and their will be nobody at home to do a "whole day appointment ".
