One month later after online upgrade and no phone

My wife has been a customer of Vodacom for over 10 years.

She upgraded on-line on the 2nd July since it seemed like a very convenient option, saving time instead of having to go into a branch. What a mistake.

After numerous follow ups with customer care and the upgrade department we are still waiting for delivery of a phone!

We were told that the Galaxy S4 LTE is still in testing and have not been given any indication when it will be in stock.

Why is the phone offered on contract if there is no stock?

Please escalate this to the relevant department and let us know when the phone will be delivered. Or give us an indication of when testing is to be finalized at least.
