Well regarding my complaint i have logged previously i just want to say that no one ever got back to me telephonically from accounts, i went in to the Clearwater mall Branch and Bernadette assisted me her service is awesome and she sorted the problem out for me straight away, Thank you Bernadette for your help. You are a star!
