Pathetic internet service

I cannot get 3G internet service. I was promised my area does have coverage, but to date there has been no improvements. Their call center has no details of my previous complaint each time. I am paying for a service I cannot use for the past 4 months. I have repeatidly requested my contract be cancelled with no confirmation
