Terrible coverage in area

To whom it may concern

I have had a contract with Cell C for - 6 years. I moved to this area and expereinced terrible coverage, both voice and data. At times there is no coverage at all or so bad I cannot use my phone to call anybody.
Everytime I upgraded and complained about this I was told Cell C are rolling out some big improvements. Obviously this is not happening where I live or work.

Please contact me in this regard as I see it as a breach of contract. (Then you can expereince first hand the bad coverage I get when calling me)

DO NOT call me and tell me there is improvements made but you cannot tell me when it will happen.
