Since Friday afternoon, my phone just mysteriously lost signal and I have not been able to make or receive any phone calls since then. I phoned the call center, from another phone, they said sorry we don't know what is wrong??? So since Friday my Iphone 5 has been like an really expensive Ipod. How can this be acceptable? I am paying for a service that I am clearly not getting. Cell C please sort this out!
Due to the fact that I can't receive any phone calls, please email me thats my only source of communication at the moment, SO FRUSTRATING AND INCONVENIENT...
