Bad service and Damadge

I handed my new Black berry in for repairs as the phone keeps on freezing and the battery does not last for 4 hours. when you make a call you can not end the call you have to take the battery out. when the phone returned they could not tell me what the problem with the phone was and only that the battery should be checked. when Lysandra, the cashier handed me my phone i noticed that there were lots of scratches on my phone and when i asked her why my phone was scratched she said i should not ask her she just sent it to repairs i should ask them
