I did an upgrade in June and ever since my billing is incorrect. My airtime dissaper and I even received an itemmised billing of 81 pages and they keep on saying I'm streaming or downloading! If the do the effort they will see there is something major wrong on my account! In the process my phone was damaged by MTN which they now going to replace with a brand new handset! But refuse to cancek the contract!! Why??? I don't want any dealing with MTN because they are useless! Really since June and they can't sort out a query! I want to cancel and keep my number and I'm going to another cellphone provider!!! Shame on you MTN!!
