Below is a copy of an email i sent to customer services on June3rd. Today, June 24th I received a reply thus, "Your query has been logged with Reference Number 1306130000349100.
One of our Billing Consultant will contact you within 48 hours with feedback."
"At last I have managed to access "My Account" on line, it does however show with my old CellC number first, but after I change that it works---so far!
My Tools is a different matter, this is the message I receive.
The username or password you entered is incorrect.
Remember that your password is case sensitive and may differ from the one you use for Self-Service.
I then request my password. I fill in the cell number and the security code and get the following message
The page at [URL Removed] says. "Oops wrong number. Please verify your cell number and try again"
I have tried umpteen times and get the same nonsense. My CellC number most definitely is : 061
This now beyond irritating, I have had this contract since the 12th April, and it has not been a pleasure
Please will someone make an effort to sort this out. It is nothing to do with billing!
