I am still waiting for my monthly installment to be rectified after RCMS charged me for two months of Airtime I never received. After speaking to someone from RCMS though they promised to rectify and sort out this discrepancy the Statement l received last week (21 June 2013) from Edgars still remains unchanged. This is after my initial query and complaint on the 14 of June 2013.Please just sort this out before l make my payment as l do not need any debt collectors calling me for money that l do not owe. My account number is provided so please sort this issue out. Do not call me to explain or apologize just sort it out first!
