When will I ever have a Phone

I`m now at the end of my fuse after numerous complaints and talks to Mtn about my phone, or must I say Imaginary phone. Why pay so much for a contract and not have a phone 80% of the year that the contract is valid
is just not acceptable. Please i need a phone!
