INCOMPETENCE & ITC LISTING OF PAID ACCOUNTS

WHAT AUTOPAGE DID:
1. Took 2 weeks to activate SIM card on 2nd contract and billed for full period extra unknown charges.
2. Contract also incorectly billed: Applied for and received a Samsung S3, but got billed for an S4.
2. Emailed responsible person, whom confirmed on 5 Aug in writing they credited wrongly billed amounts.
3. Now Account is being suspended due to outstanding balance equal to credited amount and reconnection fee added..
4. From past dealings with Autopage, the reconnection fee remains uncredited, even after confirmed on recorded calls to the call-centre not to pay this, they go about and ITC list their clients as slow payers.
5. Several calls to the call-centre speaking to (Comfort Sebatie and Patience Meshaeli) promising a manager (Iris Dudurooy or Aldrin) will phone back, NEVER happens. They are also not keen having you speak to these superiors, including Nazeem a further superior. They are always in Meetings, leaving incompetent operators to deal with.

I have suffered previous losses due to lowering of some of my credit limits, DIRECTLY because of these incompetent acts from Autopage side and fear what headaches this new blunder on their side will cause me.
