My 2 contracts came to an end 30/09/2012. I requested that the contracts are canceled and switch over to pre paid whereby I would buy my own airtime. I was billed for Oct 2012 and Nov 2012, still don't know why, but I paid my R 200 fees on 14/11/2012 iro Oct 2012 and another R 200 on 07/12/2012 iro Nov 2012. On 01/03/2013 I paid another R 26.60. 2 weeks ago I receive a invoice that I owe R 400 for Oct 2012 and has been handed to your legal department (No one informed me of this so called amount). I have faxed and emailed the proof of payment to Cell C numrous times. Then when I phone the call centre I am assured by a staff member that there are no amount outstanding. I really want to get to the bottom of this situation as my credit record could possibly be affected by some misunderstanding. Could someone please assist me and provide the correct information as to do I owe something or not???
