I have attached a payment that I made on the 08/08/2012 for Infringement notice no. 02-4024-012140812-4, I paid an amount of R250.00 instead of R125.00.
I received another Infringement notice no. 02-4024-012562098-0 and I would like to offset the R125.00 on the new infringement with the credit I have from the payment I made last month.

This issue has not been resolved since 2012, now in sitting with 2 outstanding tickets which were actually paid in August 2012, im so sick and tired of these peoples incompetence. I was asked to fax the proof of payment 3 times to 0113819740 but still no response, sent an email but still no response, i keep trying to reach her on her phone 0114901866 but no luck.
