I have been having several issues with Planet Fitness since the day they signed me up for one of their promotional contracts.
On the 03/02/2012 I signed up and paid a R2500 Joining Fee of R4806.00 contract which left me with R2306.00 to pay off on my 3 year contract. I was asked to pay of the amount asap and I told them it will be done monthly and when I have the rest of the cash the total will be paid off. On the 27/03/2012 I paid R400.00 and on 25/06/2012 I receive 4 sms from my bank saying that 4 R200.00 debts had been made from my account by Planet fitness it was a forced debt for arrears which they didn't inform me about when the contract was signed I then asked them what was my balance they said R629.00 which I then went on to pay on the 29/06/2012. They still debited my account on the 24/09/2012 and 02/10/2012 saying I was in arrears when I went to check I agreed and asked politely to stop the debits on my account
On the 22/11/2012 and 21/12/2012 they went on to debt my account again for the amount of R192.14 and R192.17 respectively. I want the contract cancelled and two thirds of the money paid for the contract returned which is the amount of R3204.00 or i'll go to NCC
