I purchased a Cell C R99 Data contract (ID REMOVED) and where I live in Douglasdale there is virtually No data connectivity at any time of the day. I would like to cancel my Cell C Contract as you cannot deliver the services to my place of residence that I pay for. I have Tried for the last 2 months to see if there is any improvement due to possibly a congestion issue etc on your side, however this is a continual problem especially in Peak Times when I am actually home. I cannot even get emails or access the google search engine that's how bad it gets.
Please could you let me know if Cell C will honor a cancellation of contract with no financial penalty on me due to lack of service delivery from the provider's side.
